The Friends of Walmer Parish Churches

The Friends of Walmer Parish Churches exist to help with the funding for repairs and maintenance to the church building for St Mary's, St Saviour's and Blessed Mary of Walmer.

Each year the Friends organize fund raising events, invest income from Friends donations, and seek new members.

Fund raising events have included a Wine and Wisdom quiz night, Barn Dance, Fun Wine Tasting evening, and Summer BBQ.

The Friends have contributed to substantial lighting and decorating work at St Saviour's church and have funded essential guttering repairs to Blessed Mary of Walmer.
