Hiring Charges:

Regular weekly booking - £13.50 per hour

Regular monthly booking - £15.00 per hour 

Registered Charities - £13.50 per hour

2 hour children’s birthday party - £60.00

A one date only/occasional booking - £20.00 per hour
There is a damage deposit required of £125. 


160 people are the maximum number of people to use the hall at one time, although if the function is a seated meal, then 90 is the maximum that can be seated comfortably.


The hall does not have a licence to sell alcohol, but it can be served free of charge with a meal. If alcohol is to be sold the hirer has to arrange their own licence.

Included in the hire:
The main hall and kitchen
A fully equipped kitchen: cooker, fridge freezer, crockery and cutlery
Toilet facilities, including a disabled cubicle
All heating and lighting, although if either is left on after the hirer has left the building, then some of the damage deposit will be taken for excess expense

We provide all cleaning equipment, so the hirer can leave the premises, as they would wish to find them.

All rubbish is to be taken away from the premises, failure to remove it, will result in £25 being taken from the damage deposit, no matter how much is left.

40 people are the maximum number of people to use the house at one time, although if the function is a seated meal, then 30 is the maximum that can be seated comfortably.

The house does not have a licence to sell alcohol, but it can be served free of charge with a meal. If alcohol is to be sold the hirer has to arrange their own licence.

Included in the hire:
All heating and lighting, although if left on after hirer has left the house, then some of the damage deposit will be retained for excess expense.
Full use of the ground floor, including toilet facilities.  Currently there are no facilities for full disabled access. A wheelchair ramp in available to assist with entry to the property.
A fully equipped kitchen: 8 ring gas hob and double electric oven and grill, saucepans and roasting trays, fridge with icebox, cutlery and crockery for 40, serving dishes.


Also all the cleaning equipment needed to make sure the hirer can leave the premises how you would wish to find them.

All rubbish should be bagged up and placed in the appropriate bins out the front of the premises.

Garden is available for use in the summer months.
